Measurements are body "to fit" sizes. Find your size, not the garment's. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up.

Short-sleeve styles: use the Chest column; sleeve length will be shorter than listed. Slim-fit shirts (e.g. Tom Harden, GREG) run trim — size up if you prefer room.

Shorts use the Waist & Hip columns; inseam will be shorter than listed. Drawstring styles (Gabri, Men's Breeze, plaid joggers) have extra give at the waist.
How to measure
ChestAround the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, tape level.
ShoulderAcross the back, from the tip of one shoulder seam to the other.
SleeveFrom the shoulder seam down to the wrist, arm slightly bent.
WaistAround your natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants.
HipAround the fullest part of your seat, feet together.
InseamFrom the crotch seam straight down to the bottom hem.
